The Blacksmith Thumb Latch 6056 is part of our Blacksmith Forge collection. Unlike the Black Iron range, this has a smooth finish. The Blacksmith thumb latch is ideal for both doors and gates and has been designed to match the rest of the Blacksmith Forge range.
If Smooth Black, is not in keeping with your properties style, then this product is also available in an Argent & Pewter finish.

This traditional hinge is manufactured in our factory in Walsall using traditional sand casting methods.
Malleable iron is used as this is the toughest, most durable material available for a traditional product like this. A coat of black paint and then a second coat of black powder ensure that this product, like our other door and window furniture, will remain highly decorative and functional for many years to come.
